We arrive at our destination at 9 A. M. Sharp, change into camouflage uniforms provided by perfect strategy, and for a split second we become soldiers. There was no strange feeling between colleagues from different departments, team-mates trust each other and cheer for the next challenge.
Through the coach's guidance, the day's training is intense and orderly, “Team building”, “Landing wall”, “Rope net”, “Single-plank bridge”, “Soft suspension bridge”, “Crossing the barrier iron rope bridge”, “Team power circle”, “Agitation”, “Graduation wall” and other games, and each game summary and share. The day's training ended with a song of“Friends” and a celebration of Champagne. We took off our camouflage uniforms and changed back into the clothes we were wearing, but our moods and thoughts were different, what do we get from the experience of this day?
1、Everything has its flow and rules, just as every game has its rules. Before entering the work state, must first understand, familiar with the norms and processes, which is the basis for good work.

3. Communication becomes a necessity and an organized and efficient way to communicate.
