December 3 is a sunny day, the instrument business department organized 25 senior managers to conduct a one-day outdoor training. Early in the morning took the development training company bus to Yongtai Qianjiangyue Farm. Under the leadership of the team leader, everyone reintroduced themselves. Each team reported the team name and slogan. At this moment, there was no difference between the upper and lower levels in daily life. There was no strange feeling between colleagues from different departments, team-mates trust each other and cheer for the next challenge.

   Through the coach's guidance, the day's training is intense and orderly, “Team building”, “Landing wall”, “Rope net”, “Single-plank bridge”, “Soft suspension bridge”, “Crossing the barrier iron rope bridge”, “Team power circle”, “Agitation”, “Graduation wall” and other games, and each game summary and share. The day's training ended with a song of“Friends” and a celebration of Champagne. We took off our camouflage uniforms and changed back into the clothes we were wearing, but our moods and thoughts were different, what do we get from the experience of this day?

    1、Everything has its flow and rules, just as every game has its rules. Before entering the work state, must first understand, familiar with the norms and processes, which is the basis for good work.

    2. Don't be self-centered at work. Because of personal recklessness and build times, may bring losses to the whole team. So keep in mind that I am part of a team.

    3. Communication becomes a necessity and an organized and efficient way to communicate. When faced with a task, each of us has his or her own ideas, but if we go our separate ways and fail to communicate, we will not only fail to achieve the desired results in our actions, but will also be more prone to confusion and disagreement, which will lead to unsuccessful implementation.

    4. The team needs a leader who understands the team's goals and the resources at their disposal. At the same time, he must stand in front of the team, let everyone know his method, that the leader must be the team's thinking, action, direction and method of unity, and strong implementation. Once the resolution has been adopted, all we can do is to reserve our respective opinions, to follow it unconditionally and to carry it out to the letter. Any obstruction, criticism, willful will lead to the team operating disorder.

    5. Encourage sharing of knowledge, skills, or experience within the team, and make timely and constructive suggestions on working methods, concepts, or management systems, only in this way can we really promote the innovation and improvement of the organization.

    6、What may seem difficult on the surface is not as difficult as it seems. In the work, life, encounter difficulties is not terrible, afraid of losing the courage and confidence to solve difficulties!
