In our country, smart city has risen to the level of national economy, science and Technology Strategy, water management is an important part of urban management, Smart Water is an inevitable extension of the construction of smart city, the concept of“Smart water” also came into being. In this rapidly changing new economic era, the efficiency and service level of urban water management can only be greatly improved by following the general trend and fully applying the latest technology and internet thinking, make use of the intelligent water platform to ensure the water safety of residents, and fundamentally solve the problems of urban water supply, water use and water pollution.

1、Review of Intelligent Water Development: from automation, digital to intelligent stage of development
