The theme of this summit is: “Cultivating new drivers with information technology, promoting new development with new drivers, and creating new glories with new development”. Huang Kunming, Politburo member of the Communist Party of China, Secretariat of the Communist Party of China Central Committee Secretary and Propaganda Minister, delivered a keynote speech at the opening ceremony of the summit. About 1,500 people from various provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities, as well as heads of relevant departments of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, heads of trade organizations, representatives of industry, experts and scholars, and representatives of think tanks attended the meeting, chairman Huang Xunsong of WIDE PLUS, Fujian Province, was invited to attend the opening ceremony of the summit.
