On the morning of May 10,2022, the first“Fuzhou development zone artisans” naming recognition and Mawei district trade union system advanced units and individual recognition conference was held in Yuehua Hotel. After the meeting, leading the delegation were the standing committee of the Mawei District Committee, the Minister of the United Front Work Department, the Chairman of the District Federation of Trade Unions, Mr Ng nam-teng, the executive vice-chairman of the District Federation of Trade Unions, Mr Wang Feng, and the Deputy Director of the District People's Bureau, Mr Ng Man-shu. Our chairman Huang Xunsong and trade union chairman Chen Weidong warmly received the guests, has led a visit to the company's exhibition hall, Lin Yudeng Model Workers Innovation Studio.

In the exhibition hall, our interpreter introduced the development process of our company for more than 30 years and the distribution of the current industrial structure. Then it introduced the basic situation of Lin Yudeng's model worker innovation studio, including the organizational structure, core team, Operation Mechanism, management system and target tasks.

During the exchange, chairman Huang xunsong introduced that what the company needs most is talent, and talent is our precious wealth. Therefore, we pay great attention to the construction and cultivation of the talent team, the main purpose of model workers' studio is to train the technician team. The studio aims at improving the technical level of the team, strengthening the team cooperation and promoting the development of enterprise innovation.

After hearing the introduction, minister Wu highly praised the leading role played by Lin Yudeng model worker studio, and gave full recognition to the achievements made by the studio. At the same time, we must vigorously carry forward the model worker spirit, the spirit of labor and the spirit of craftsmanship, and create a contingent of industrial workers who have ideals and beliefs, understand technology, innovate, and are willing to take on the responsibility of offering dedication, for the economic and social development of our region to provide a solid talent support.
