(Summary description)According to the document of the Fuzhou Federation of Trade Unions on the implementation plan for organizing and carrying out the “14th five-year plan” 2021 Workers' labor skills competition activities, we will conscientiously implement the plans and requirements of the Mawei District Federation of Trade Unions for conducting 2021 labour skills competitions for employees, fully mobilize the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of our employees, and better take charge of them, play the role of the main force. On August 20th, the WIDE PLUS Trade Union in Fujian Province took the 14th five-year plan and the new journey of Jiangong as its main line of activity, to carry out labor competition activities with the theme of“Competition on production, competition on safety, competition on speed, competition on efficiency, competition on skill and competition on quality”.



 

The competition was held in seven locations, namely, Numerical Control Workshop, Machining Center, Pipe and valve production department, Sensor Workshop, instrument workshop, mould automation equipment workshop and movement workshop, the activity got the positive response of the staff of each department, nearly 180 staff members signed up to participate in the competition. On-site through the intense post training and technical competition, a total of 60 employees were awarded.

In the award ceremony, chairman Huang Xunsong said that our labor competition is adhering to the traditional spirit of Shangyun, always rooted in the field of precision manufacturing. The state also advocates strengthening efforts to train skilled personnel in all fields. Our employees, especially the younger generation, must seize the opportunities, give full play to their expertise and strive to play an important role in their respective posts.

 



The labor competition activity receives the company board of directors, the party committee's strong support. Party Secretary Su Fangzhong and Company vice presidents Zou Chong, Chen Lie and Huang Shuo also attended the award ceremony and presented awards to the award-winning employees.
