Low investment intensity, backward scientific research equipment and production process equipment, low level of results, poor product quality. The disconnection between science and technology and production affects the transformation of scientific research achievements, and the overall strength is low. Based on this premise, the monocrystalline silicon high-precision transmitter produced by WIDE PLUS started to develop the high-precision pressure/differential pressure sensor, based on the localization process, to fill the domestic blank. We present an intelligent pressure/differential pressure transmitter using MEMS silicon piezoresistive sensors, it has high accuracy (0.075%) , wide range ratio (maximum 100:1) , wide temperature range (-40 ~ 85 ° C) , high static pressure (10 MPa ~ 40 MPa) , high overpressure capacity (2 times pressure, 10 MPa differential pressure) and good long-term stability, and can set and verify the zero point and full range remotely and carry out fault self-diagnosis and other characteristics, has been widely concerned, the project also received the 863 Program of the National Project “Research and industrial development of high-precision silicon pressure sensor technology”.

Fujian WIDE PLUS launched another series of products“Instrument valves and fittings” with reliable work, long life, zero leakage, wide pressure and temperature range, easy installation and use, etc. , fill the gap in the high-end field of domestic products. At the same time, the product“High-end instrument valves and fittings key technology research and development and industrialization” has also been Fujian Province in 2014 Science and technology major special project.
