    Lin's hometown is a small mountain village in Yongtai. In 1994, he graduated from Sanming Mechanic School with a degree in fitter. By chance, my cousin's set of college textbooks for mold major aroused his keen interest. “In less than a week, I read the textbook once and did a lot of experiments based on the theory in the book, feeling the magical charm of the mold,” Lin said.

 

   In 1996, Lin Yudeng entered WIDE PLUS, became a tool fitter. In order to master technology as soon as possible, he often gets up early and stays late, working late into the night. 3 years down, he mastered a complete set of mold making process. Even with a precision the size of a human hair, he can handle it well.

 

    With the improvement of his technical level, he also went from being a mid-level technician and head of a small precision module to a workshop director, then to a model department manager and a company's senior internal trainer. Now, he is head of WIDE PLUS National Master Studio. In front of the results, Lin Yudeng did not stop. In 2013, he innovatively proposed the mold processing"Multiple positioning" on the basis of further adding"Taper positioning components", a breakthrough in the industry the biggest problem of coaxiality gear. This innovation enables the product to be produced continuously for one month without dropping the mold for maintenance, greatly improving the stability of the production of the watch core mold, significantly improving the production efficiency, and saving electricity, labor and other costs, about $6 million for the company.
