(Summary description)In order to expand the warmth engineering services for Fuzhou's workers and enhance their psychological care, on 13 November 2020, the Fuzhou Federation of Trade Unions, the Mawei District Federation of Trade Unions and the WIDE PLUS Union of Fujian Province jointly held a seminar on mental health knowledge with the theme “Stress reduction and adjustment, starting from the heart -- skills of emotional stress management”, associate Professor of Fujian Medical University Psychology Lam Chung-chiu and psychotherapist Cheng tim-chong were also invited to provide health education and group counselling for the staff.
