In the past 40 years of reform and opening-up, private enterprises in Fuzhou have emerged from scratch, becoming stronger and stronger, and a group of competitive private enterprises have emerged, Wang Ning said, private economy has become an irreplaceable and indispensable force in the development of Fuzhou. In the new era, we should further optimize the business environment and provide strong support and guarantee for the development of private economy. To address the problem, we need to take precise measures, accelerate the establishment of a Development Fund for listed enterprises, vigorously reduce taxes and fees, and further reduce the cost of enterprise labor, electricity, gas, and other costs, using the“Banyan Bohui” platform to help private enterprises recruit talent, relax the threshold of entry, encourage the use of the first (set) of products, is really a solution for private enterprises. We should adhere to the policy of“One enterprise, one policy”, carry out detailed policies, constantly innovate policies, step up the efforts of policy propaganda and interpretation, and ensure that policies benefiting enterprises are more accurate and effective. We should deepen the reform of“Supervision and administration”, speed up the examination and approval process, improve the mechanism of regular service enterprises, and provide more quality and efficient service for private enterprises. In order to build a friendly and fresh relationship between government and business, leading cadres at all levels should not push, delay or hide, but go deep into enterprises to serve them. Private entrepreneurs should seize opportunities, start businesses with passion, make bold innovations and create resplendence again.
