The intelligent operator has manual and automatic control functions, operation output upper and lower limiter functions, tracking control and preset control functions. There are two types of operation signals: positive and negative analog output (also known as Q-type operator) and operation signal for forward and reverse switching output (also known as D-type operator).

1. PID or DCS regulation signal input SVin:

The smart manipulator receives the 0~10mA/(4~20)mA/0~5V/(1~5)V signal sent from the DCS or the smart regulator.

2. Manipulator signal output:

a. Q-type manipulator output (SVout): 0~10mA/(4~20)mA/0~5V/(1~5)V signal, which can directly drive the actuator, frequency converter or servo amplifier to drive the electric Adjust the valve or drive the pneumatic membrane valve by the electric converter and the valve positioner. When the manipulator is in the automatic working state, its signal input SVin and operation output signal are equivalent to straight-through. In order to realize the automatic control of the DCS system or regulator to the actuator. When in manual working state, its function is similar to an operator, and the operation signal output value can be directly modified by the increase and decrease keys on the panel.

b. D-type manipulator outputs forward and reverse control signals. When the manipulator is in automatic working state, its function is similar to servo amplifier. It adjusts and controls according to the error of input SVin signal and actuator feedback signal to ensure that the actual valve position is timely Track the given signal of valve position to realize automatic control. When in manual mode, its function is similar to an operator, and the positive and negative output signals can be directly operated by the increase and decrease keys on the panel. Positive and reverse output signals can be selected with 10 ampere relay normally open contacts or 5 ampere capacity triac, or DC 3 to 24 volt SSR solid state relay trigger signal.

3. Feedback or measurement signal input (PVin):

The PVin signal is the valve position signal (linear analog or resistance signal) sent by the actuator, or on-site measurement signal. PVin is a universal indexing number that can be switched input.

4. Feedback or measurement signal transmission output mA/V (PVout):

The PVout output signal is sent to the previous regulator or DCS system, so that the system can monitor the actual valve position or field measurement value at any time.

5. Status signal output DO:

DO is a passive switch signal. When the operator is manually controlled, it outputs a switch closed signal to the previous DCS system or regulator. After the DCS system or regulator receives the DO status signal, it stops PID calculation and makes the operation signal output Tracking valve position feedback signal. When the manipulator changes from manual to automatic control, the DO status signal is cancelled, and the DCS system or the pre-regulator resumes PID control with the current output control value as the initial value. Similarly, when the manipulator changes from automatic to manual control, the current valve position setting value is used as the initial value to start manual increase or decrease control, so that the manipulator is switched from manual to automatic and automatic to manual state control is switched without disturbance.

6. 232 or 485 communication output:

Depending on the selection, the operator can provide 232 or 485 communication functions.

7. Fault or external signal DI:

The manipulator can provide a remote forced manual input signal, which can accept dry node or level signal, usually connected with the fault state signal of the front-level DCS system or intelligent regulator, and is used for failure of the front-level DCS system or intelligent regulator When the time, the operator automatically switches to the manual state to keep the valve position unchanged to ensure that the actual valve position is not out of control due to the failure of the front-stage regulator or the DCS system and can be controlled at the predetermined opening.

8. Alarm output corresponding to feedback or measurement signal:

According to different selection functions and on-site control needs, the operator can have one alarm (AL1) or two alarms (AL1, AL2) output, and the alarm value corresponds to the display value (PV) of the feedback or measurement signal.

9. Feed output (P):

According to the needs of system control, the operator can provide one or two groups of isolated DC 24V power feeds with a capacity of 30mA.

10. Remote key control function:

According to the technical requirements of on-site control, the operator can be connected to the dry node or level control signal for remote operation of the instrument, and its function is the same as that of the operation keys on the panel.
