
After-sales service
Thank you for choosing our products. Our products are subject to strict quality control. We offer 1 year warranty for civil products, and 18 months warranty for industrial/commercial products. (All batteries and packaging are not included in the warranty).
- Note: The following cases are NOT covered by warranty:
1) Problems caused by unauthorized disassembly or modification of products;
2) Problems caused by accidental drop/hit/collision during use or handling;
3) Problems caused by not following the instructions in the operating manual;
4) Problems caused by lack of proper maintenance;
5) Any kind of loss as a result of commercial decisions, including but not limited to trading loss and/or delays in transportation. - Repairing services not covered by the scope of warranty will be charged according to relevant policies.
- Warranty period starts from the manufacturing date.
- When requesting warranty services please deliver the product to one of our offices or authorized dealers.
- When requesting warranty services, you must hold a warranty card with the purchase date and the dealer's seal on it (including the dealer's name and address). Please ask the dealer to sign the warranty card when purchasing products.
- When there is malfunctioning of product(s), please fill in the form below and submit, we will serve you as soon as possible.
